Who "We" Are

Hello Everyone.

My name is Sheilda. I am one of the "And"s Heather was referring to when she chose our screen name. We are a group of what a psychologist might refer to as " alternate personalities " living within the confines of our "host". Unfortunately, our host is not as open-minded about our condition as we are, and wishes to remain anonymous. It is up to us to tell our story.

Hello. This is Heather. I started this blog in a rare hopeful mood. Our " host", that is the person who "has" Dissociative Identity Disorder, who I will call Joan, has been allowing us all to have more of a life lately. Our therapist, who we'll call Fiona, is encouraging it.

Hi. I'm Sarey. I think a lot of the good stuff that changes lately is because one of the other ones and I have met new friends lately. I mean JOAN I guess. My first friend I ever had is like my angel. I'm not supposed to say his name I think so he asked me to call him DAVID. Joan has a new friend too when we have been all alone before for a really long time. I hear someone way that we're going to pertend that Joan's friend's name is ADELE.
