I want to be more effective in using social media tools to influence social change.

There are too few options for adding solar power options to your existing home and they are very expensive. Preheated hot water systems are in the $9000 range. Even with government rebates - right now they are about $1500 - that is too expensive for most people to afford. Photo-voltaic - ie solar powered electricity is not available in any realistic way for home use. It takes a vast number of solar panels and is also enormously expensive. We need to change the affordability and availability!

The change I am making is to drag the Real Estate industry into the 21st century. The neighbourhood Real Estate Office is NOT GREEN and offers NO CLIENT BENEFIT in this digital communications age. To effect change I am offering FREE MLS Listing to your members.
