Make Therapeutic clowning and clown-doctoring in particular a more integral and appreciated part fo our healthcare system. We can't just fund the treatment of the body we have to treat and care for the spirit and soul as well.
It is my concern that a lot of the homeless need socks. A lot of them wear socks for weeks and their feet get infected with fungus. If we can all put in a little effort, we can make a big difference to each individual we help, even if it means giving a pair of sock away.
Help start a North Shore Fruit Tree Project to link excess fruit in backyards with those who lack fresh fruit. Fruit falls to the ground and goes to waste when there are lots of people going hungry or relying on unhealthy cheap food. Other Metro Vancouver cities use volunteers to bridge this gap; let's do it on north shore! We're looking for volunteers and tree owners and donors.
