Ever since I was in highschool, I've had the habit of eating before I go to bed. As I get older, school work began to mount and as I'm now in my fourth year in university, I can't remember the last time I slept before midnight. As the night goes on, I do get quite hungry..and often around 11pm I'll head down to the kitchen and make myself a meal bigger than dinner..then if I'm up past 2 I'll again scavenge for more food.
