Many of us are fans of Oprah, and certainly of Bono. As such, I was intrigued with the whole (Product)RED campaign. I love it, because it is getting urgently needed help to those who need it.
I also hate it though. I hate it because it is premised upon the notion that we need to get in order to give. In fact, we're not really giving at all. We get, and the manufacturer gives. A little.
