Here's one of my personal stories about healing my badly twisted, splintered, or broken ankle with EFT: I was reading something as I stepped off a curb last Sunday from taking the new dell laptop into get it fixed. (a whole nother story?!?) My left foot twisted all the way over, and it seemed that the sole of my foot was facing the SKY!?!? Man did I TWIST IT!??!?

An Ecopsychology Group will be starting on July 10th. The group will meet once a month, on Fridays, from 1 – 5 pm. It's for anyone who wants to experience and learn ways that connecting with nature can be healing and therapeutic.

Location: West side (TBA)
Coat: $35-$50 per session/sliding scale (Part of proceeds to David Suzuki Foundation)

Hi folks,

It's so funny that it has taken me some time to work up the courage to create this blog. A blog about sharing and expressing yourself!! Kind of funny really! Anyway, I haven't been afraid to get out and take action on what I want to change.  First, I wanted to create a workshop to support women in their 30's because I saw a lot of women struggling to deal with all the societal pressures of that age - having the right career, being married or having children! There seemed to be this unwritten rule that your suppose to have one of these things by the time you are 30! But then I realized I wanted to make a bigger difference in all women's lives. So,  I've created a community project called Women's HeARTS Transforming!! I am really excited about it and amazed at what has happened since I started sharing it with other women.

Isn't it a wonderful thing to relax and enjoy your life!  To be able to look upon the world and see it as "perfect" and in harmony with all things! Allowing everyone to choose the exact reality that serves them while you not only choose but create yours with intent.

Come and create your world, the colors, the situations, the experiences.  Learn to bring the energy together that creats whatever life you want for yourself.  Learn to feel well, and be well.  Learn to feel prosperity and be prosperous. learn feel loved and therefore bring out about love in your life!
