I've made many a new year's resolutions and I'll be honest, never kept a single one, well actually I did keep one a few years ago when I quit smoking but that's another story. This year I hope to repeat the feat and keep another.

As I walked past the television an advertisement for the Alanon/Alateen Family Groups came on. This organization is about helping the families and children of alcoholism and addiction get healthy.
