I am thinking about writing a book documenting "ordinary" people in the Lower Mainland who are doing extraordinary things, making changes in their personal/business/communities that will make a difference to global warming, environmental degradation, building human connections. I am busy working, raising a son (now 14), and all the things of day-to-day life.
I mentioned that to help with my downward slump of running progress, I got the iPod ready and ate some Sports Beans (which I love, by the way, but I've never even tried the Gu, so I don't know how it compares).
