The thing I have found with energy levels is that the earlier I get up the more energy I seem to have. This winter was a particularly sluggish one for me. I was hardly excercising and I felt pretty crappy a lot of the time. I went to see a TCM and re-learned a few things that my mom always told me when I was growing up, but seemed to have forgotten.
I used to run between 3-5 times a week. I would run for over an hour at a time on the trails in the woods. I havent been doing this regularly since October and I want to start it up again. I felt so great about myself when it was a part of my routine. My
