With the help of environmental organizations City Green and eaga Canada, we've managed to arrange provincial funding through the Livesmart Ecoenergy Assistance Program of the Ministry of Energy to get about $1 million to do things like insulation, new boilers, windows and such for several housing co-ops. This work has gone ahead and we're looking for ways to expand it, possibly with money from the utilities, or government, or using carbon offset funds.
