As I sit here perched, semi Buddha-like, in a 1/16 lotus position (I sprained my back playing frisbee), I contemplate the billions of magical, whirling, atomic universes within all of my multi-faceted, inter-dimensional bodies.

Suddenly I am completely underwhelmed by the sheer nonsensical nature of all Life.

This book is intended to be an invitation totransformation, a tool for our journey as human beings. I offer the essays as a contribution to personal growth and our shared path toward increasing awareness.

The book I have been working on for the past couple of years, (it's my first publication), is just back from the printer!  It's called Becoming: Journeying toward Authenticity.
