I really want to work on not being so sensitive!

Here is the thing with me!!!! I am just to damn sensitive and it has been so since toddlerhood. Now while it can be an asset when it comes to ... [being empathetic towards others, listening, being creative, being intuitive etc] it can also be super painful.

Here is how: being too serious, taking on other people's feelings, high levels of fear in guarding the sensitivities, tiring, assume things that aren't actually real, get hurt easily.
