Stop drinking Diet Coke :-)

I don't drink coffee, but have gotten "addicted" to having a Diet Coke everyday to get me through the afternoon lull. I want to stop drinking Diet Coke and replace that with water or organic juice.

... I've stuck to it! I haven't had any DC (or other pop) since I committed to kick my DC habit. It feels great not to crave it anymore. It wasn't as hard as I thought either.

 Now time to focus on some other of my changes.

Week 1 of my no DC campaign and I made it! I was tempted a couple times, but resisted. Haven't had a Diet Coke in the last 7 days.

 Let's hope I can keep this up.

I also don't drink coffee, but diet coke.  I've gotten so bad about drinking diet coke.  I need one early in the morning, otherwise severe headaches will surely follow! 

There's nothing like the sound of cracking a can of ice cold diet coke.  My mouth starts to water in anticipation.   And then.... Ahhhhhh!

I'm drinking one right now!
