Mandatory enviro mugs for every coffee/tea drinker in BC

It drives me CRAZY- I mean, 'around the bend", as my mum would say- to see the utter waste that goes on in every coffee shop in Vancouver (and we all know there are plenty).  Baristas give you not one, but TWO cups sometimes, even if you are sitting indoors! AHHHHHHH!
