Look at other people more often

Since arriving in this big city, I have noticed that people do not often look at each other, and I want to change this disregard for strangers, starting with myself

Is Santa gonna upgrade your TV to a fancy new HDTV Flatscreen this Christmas?  And if so, are you wondering what to do with you current (used, but in great shape) telly that does not include it and the landfill becoming ONE?  If so - then I have the perfect solution.

I want to connect with people, I want to look people in the eye and smile, but somehow I find that I don't. Why is that? Is it the anonymity of big cities? Is it that I worry people will think I'm being a 'guy' and not just being friendly? Is it being lost in thoughts of my own?

Do people like being looked at, is it perceived as intrusive?
