I want to start running at least twice a week.

I enjoy running, but I find it difficult to motivate myself into going. Once I get out there and my heart and lungs start pounding I feel great and I love the endorphine rush that comes after a good run. With fall setting in I know I'm not getting enough cardio. I just need to set up a few days a week in which to get out there and do it.
