I want to get outside more

Outside is often an uncomfortable place -- you don't have to go far in this city to find someone who can confirm that simple fact. Try to spend more time outside. Not necessarily having fun -- just be outside more. Take notice of things: things that thrive out there, things that don't, who's outside and who isn't. Learn something from being outside. Get used to it. Get out of the car. Get off the bus. Take time to walk. Move around in your habitat on two legs. Notice things.
