My idea for change is for a non-profit dis-Abled cycling organization.Where the disabled  can access hand cycles;use,build,repair,& organize outings &competitions.Open to all cycling enthusiast.Fight the isolation of the dis-Abled & encourage activity & action

I have been trying to locate information on/about,the  process of setting up a dis-Ability non-profit Cycling Association.,i.e something on the lines of the BC Disabled Sailing Association.

The idea being to make available hand cycles and other such equipment available to the dis-Abled.Due to the cost of such equipment.Which is beyond the financial resources of many of the dis-Abled. 

But I am not having much luck,or I am just looking in all the wrong places.
