I have been contacted with details of another shelter that could use any and all donations. If there are still folks that have items that did not get picked up last time, I would be pleased to swing by and pick them up on Wednesday evening.

Email me ( phill_perry at hotmail dot com ) your address and contact number if you would like a pickup. Leaving tied bags outside your door with a "change everything" label means you don't have to alter your plans for the evening.

Hi everyone. Last night was wonderful. Gab, another volunteer and I have estimated that we collected over 1000 items of warmth which we delivered to Triage a shelter in the DTES. Check out the pictures. Word is spreading, and fast: we had the film crew at Global TV following us around, they did a wonderful story on us that aired last night, this morning and again at noon today. We also met with The Province and another item appears in today's Globe and Mail.

In response to Kate's amazing work last night collecting donated items, I am eager to help. I can pick up your donated items tonight.
