Better define for myself what spiritual maturity is.

Spiritual maturity is a neutral idea, therefore as a person matures spiritual they can become virtuous or immoral. I would like to better understand this and find my goals. To create a disposition that is patient in times when it is hardest to be patient. Show compassion when it is most difficult to show compassion and so on.
