Benevolence

I would like to re introduce the word 'benevolence' into our communities, where benevolence used to be a civic virtue not a means of charity brand camping. Where grass roots philanthropy had the tools and the means to support causes, increase community services and grow the community as a whole.
Benevolence...'a desire to do good to others; goodwill. An act of kindess; a charitable gift...
