Sushi Bento Express has committed 31% of their revenue from November 20th to greening their restaurant.
The Green Table Network has
donated a one year membership to Sushi Bento Express; this will give
them all the tools and resources they need to make their restaurant
greener.
The Vancouver Aqaurium’s Oceanwise Program Manager, Mike McDermid, did a radio interview on
CBC with me about the Podmob. Listen here! He does a great job of
explaining what exactly sustainable sushi is. Maybe Sushi Bento Express
will become Oceanwise certified!
