Bike Strip Club - Learn how to build a bike

We are planning a bike 'strip club' where we plan to get each participant a neglected but gently used bike to strip down to the last nut, screw, bolt and ball bearing and then to start from scratch to redecorate, rebuild and either ride, sell or donate for sharing the result.
The program shall be a spin off from our successful hands on programs with kids at Silbury (www.silbury.ca) where we take apart, design and rebuild "anything" and in so doing learn how it works and remove 1 more item from the landfill.
