Prioritize making art

I write and draw, and right now am trying to finish a book-- a graphic memoir about my family. it is taking such a long time! i did a first version, but now am redrawing everything. 25 pages or so done-- out of about 100. i keep finding excuses not to work on it. but i need it to be a priority! right now i am trying to set specific hours each day to work on it, and that is helping. but i need to keep on it!
