ICBC AND WCB
WE HAVE JUST BEEN THRU 2YEARS OF HELL FIRST A CAR ACCIDENT WHICH WAS NO FAULT OF OURS. FINALLY HAD TO SETTLE AND NOT BE HEALED NOW MY DAUGHTER IS GOING THRU THE SAME THING. NOW HE HAS A FROZEN SHOULDER FROM WORK FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS AND NO THERAPY, NO HOPE IF IT WILL HEAL OR WHAT WILL HAPPEN JUST WAITING THIS JUNE IT WILL BE A YEAR. IF ANYONE IS TIRED OF DEALING WITH THESE TWO GOVERMENT AGENCIES PLEASE START A BLOG. PEOPLE HAVE LOST HOUSES AND JOBS NOT TO MENTION NOW HE IS GOING ON ANTIDEPRESSANTS TO HELP HIM OUT OF A DEEP DARK HELL OF NO HOPE. THEY WONT TRY ACCUPUNCTURE OR ANY OTHER ALTERNATE THERAPY. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING. ICBC WORKERS GET BONUSES EVERY YEAR. HAVE YOU EVER HAD TO PAY A LAWYER TO FIGHT FOR A RIGHT THAT WE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR EVERY MONTH. I WONT EVEN GET INTO THE FACT THAT WE PAY MEDICAL AND STILL HAVE TO PAY 70 DOLLARS FOR AN EYE EXAM NOW PEOPLE CANT AFFORD IT SO THEY WAIT UNTIL A MEDICAL CONDITION COMES UP AND THEN YOU GET ON A WAITING LIST TO BE SEEN . WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR PROVINCE

The insurance corporation of british columbia has created new laws over the last 10 years claiming that their motive is to "make BC's highways safer" I am in favour of making bc's highways safer, however i believe,and hope that you will be able to see this as well,that icbc's motive is to extracy money from the tax paying pockets of british columbian's especialy young british columbians. the fact that icbc sexually discriminates young males by charging extra is a crime. some young males may be more likely to operate a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner but not all. most of the dangerous driving that i see day to day is not done by young people or "N" drivers it is by the fully licenced drivers. maybe their licence status goes to their head, I dont know, but they are often the most reckless on the road. Please obseve this when you are on the road. has anyone stopped to think that those who run ICBC have the full status and would not make changes that might make things more difficult for themselves. ICBC needs to stop discriminating, picking on young people. this extortion has gone on long enough
