Introduction

Hello all,

My name is Rena and it is my pleasure to inform you that for the next week, I will be filling in as the moderator for changeeverything.ca!

A bit about me...

I am pleased to have the opportunity to moderate this site, as social media awareness is a main interest of mine. I am a graphic designer by trade, but do consider myself a jack of all (or many) trades. I spend a lot of time keeping up to date on the news and current affairs, both locally and globally, and consider myself to be a fairly social and environmentally conscious person (although there's plenty of room for improvement).

I am passionate about animal rights and adore all creatures (with the exception of mosquitos). I have two delightful kittens named Oliver (6mths) and Elsie (3mths). They bring my boyfriend and I a steady stream of excitement, entertainment and the "unexpected."

Joining changeeverything in 2008 coincides well with the life changes I've made this year. Since New Year's, I've quit smoking, started jogging and have made every effort to eat healthier. That's not to say I haven't stumbled a few times along the way, but that is to say I've changed my mentality towards personal health and happiness.
