How can I compost food and recycle plastic at the office?

Paper and drink container recycling in the office is commonplace now. But what about plastic and food recycling?
Regarding food composting, I read this article about compost bins for the office, but where exactly do I get them?
And what can I do with plastics? At my house, I can just put the plastics out with other recyclable items. What options are available in office buildings?

The item pictured and mentioned in the article is a prototype. It may be in use but the article says that the designers have no manufacturing facility or pricing at this time. I see other challenges that they have not addressed but I wish them well.
I have an indoor composting solution using bokashi that works today for homes and offices. Simple and gets the job done.
