Late night snacks a NONO
Ever since I was in highschool, I've had the habit of eating before I go to bed. As I get older, school work began to mount and as I'm now in my fourth year in university, I can't remember the last time I slept before midnight. As the night goes on, I do get quite hungry..and often around 11pm I'll head down to the kitchen and make myself a meal bigger than dinner..then if I'm up past 2 I'll again scavenge for more food. I'm no doctor but people have been telling me that our bodies work on biological clocks, and that past a certain time at night our organs need to rest too..and if one eats just before bed, the organs will overwork and often leads to stomach pains in the morning and long term stomach illnesses. I already had a virus-induced ulcer a few years agoo, I can't afford to get more stomach illnesses. Got to start managing my tme better -> sleeping earlier -> not eating past 10pm..
