Fundraiser at Flux Bistro, Gastown Friday July 25 7:30-Whenever. Help Bring Bambulance/Bike Ambulances to the Villages of Africa. This is an evening to gather with friends, old & new, over some drinks, eats, & cool beats while donating $15 or $whatever-your-heart-desires to a good cause

Hey Vancity Community Members,

Please join us to support Vancity Member Design for Development. Design for Development is a Vancouver-based, registered Canadian charity dedicated to using design as a problem-solving tool to address critical  issues throughout the Global Village. One of their projects is a bicycle-pulled ambulance stretcher made almost entirely of bamboo...& most fittingly called a Bambulance! Check it out...tres cool!

The event is at the fabulous Gastown lounge called Flux Bistro. A chic spot with yummy tapas, cool drinks, funky beats, & most of all, great people! If you can't make the entire event, please drop by for a drink and to say hi!
