Save Vancouver's Fireworks!

The Vancouver summer Fireworks extravaganza will not run this year if they can't raise the funds. I think they need $1 million to do it. This is a wonderful event that brings peope together from all over the Lower Mainland. I am prepared to pledge $100. Would you like to join in? How about the company you work for? Ask your boss!I can ask Vancity to set up an account to collect the funds.let me know what you think and what you are prepared to pledge!

Hello, my name is Dustin and my phone number is 604-970-8684. I am also interested in saving the fireworks. I went into Vancity yesterday to open a Save the fireworks fund account, and was told that I would have to do a name registration or find other Vancity members who are also interested in raising money. Please give me a call and we can discuss ways we can do this so that we can all enjoy another year of fireworks at English Bay.
