abbotsford homeless
HI Kate, I would like to know if there is someone in Abbotsford who could pick up my clothing donations for the Abbotsford homeless. I don't have a vehicle so I can't take them but if you e-mail me back maybe we could arrange something. I know I have alot of stuff others could use much more than I.

Hi Kate, Took your advice
Hi Kate,
Took your advice via www.homelessinabbotsford.com and came to visit you and this site. When I saw the results on of the vote on the recent cold snap were not 100% "thank goodness it is over" I decided that this community obviously needs education about homelessness. So I open a"branch office" here at homelessinabbotsford_com. Keep working as one thing the experience of being homeless has taught me is that IF we are to make progress on poverty, homelessness and affordable housing we need the community to be involved. If there is any information etc. that i can provide - ask.

Abby Salvation Army is the
Abby Salvation Army is the most corrupt in B C . Lying ,cheating and bullying anyone or any Chruch ,simple not to lose their goverment grants and private donation . Their have become the Church that kneels before the golden calf for praise .Some of them think their are the golden calf whom should be praised .As long as you are a money earner you advance higher in their ranks . Like the mafia ,a code of silence and the threat of loss of power reigns over the officers for breaking the inner seccrets .If you were to do a little research you would discover how many officers have stole from the store for no other reason then for their own personal gain ,,,,,, and much more if you do! Just me and my personal opinion ....Blessings to all.

The Salvation Army is the only one that cares and wants to help. The grants help them do Gods work and save lives. Lets all give and help up where we can. Center of hope is where I was saved.

I just called the Salvation
I just called the Salvation Army which is the only shelter in Abbotsford from what I can gather. 604-852-9305. They could use the clothes. Can you find a neighbour or friend who has a snow worthy vehicle to get you there?
And these folks have blogs about homelessness in Abbotsford:
