Inspired Business
Today saw the launch of a group of individuals looking to create a new way of working together, creating life, and enjoying community and family. Entrepreneurs tired of compromising their values in the corporate realm, having a higher understanding of their role within society and humanity.
I have been asked quite a few times over the past year and half about starting something along these lines. Each attempt fell short, partly due to my own history requiring something clever and professional to be created, rather than something authentic and organic. Finally, after many false starts, recent connections revealed the gift of authenticity and inspiration that spills from my lips in a given moment when people are sincere in their desire to grow and learn. Seeing this more clearly paved the way for today's event to launch itself as a handful of us came together to co-create the vision that will unfold in the coming months.
The intention of this group is critical to its' success and must be maintained. The right people - like-minded (hearted) people - are key to see it grow organically and with integrity. people who see the wisdom in abundance, in the provision of nature and ehr cycles, in spirit and love, an openness and willingness to be vulnerable and to grow - individually and in community - and we are committed to each others success. A philosophy of Success Breeds Success being one of the elements.
There are other intangible and critical elements as well, elements related to abundance, collaboration, encouragement, and much more. One man can make a difference - women too - and we all will be that difference in support of each other, knowing that we too have helping hands in our journey to create and serve our community.

Crap! I just realized how this sounds like a sales pitch. I don't mean to really. I want to share a success and to be clear without giving away the whole premise either. Ah, well. It'll have to do. This is what happens to the brain after a long day and fatigue sets in. Why do we do it to ourselves? lol
Anyway, this group is a by-invitation-only. As I said, the intent is very important so we'll be choosy with who participates. I'm not sure how that will work exactly, though I trust taht we will know about the sincerity and authenticity when we see it.
It was pretty exciting. Speaking to them today, sharing from the heart, learning about each other, not just the businesses, but really knowing the pepple, their values, and what inspires them to be there and pursuing thier individual businesses.It's also really interesting to see the various backgrounds and experiences each person had to share. Doing what I do, it was easy to see why people are getting involved and seeking this kind of change.
More than anything, I'm glad and feel privileged to be asked to create and facilitate the group. My life's purpose is manifesting more and more each day. Fantastic expansion of being.
