Want someone to move forward? Give them a Nudge!

You may have noticed something new on change pages and blog post pages. It's a little icon that we hope will pack a big punch.

It's called Nudge. And you use it to tell the creator of a change or the writer of a blog post that you're inspired by what they're doing... and you want to hear more. Click it, and ChangeEverything.ca instantly sends that person an email – including, if you want, a personal message from you. Here are the full details on how to use it.

Nudge comes out of conversations with members of the ChangeEverything.ca community. You've said you'd like to have a quick way to encourage people, even when you don't necessarily have time for a comment or a blog post of your own. And you've suggested people who are new to ChangeEverything.ca – the ones who are just kicking the (bicycle) tires – should have an easy way to start participating without jumping into the deep end right away.

Those are great ideas, and Nudge is one way we're responding. I hope you'll let me know what you think of it.
