i did it!!

Idid it!!! finally.. I launched a website for my jewelry company QuenchDesigns.

In April this year I went down to part time here at Vancity. There were a  lot of factors involved, one of them was that I wanted an opportunity to focus on one of the great loves of my life - art - specifically my silver jewelry. While it is certainly challenging to have less income (in some cases downright hard) it is also a gift to be able to be so free in the world for so many hours of my week and still be involved in the inspiring and world chaning work I am doing at Vancity.

My jewelry has been evolving and emerging at a much more rapid rate, and I finally have the sense that I am onto something big with it. I am so proud of myself for launching a new website for it as well as a beautiful new line of jewelry inspired by nature. It takes courage, trust and a lot of letting go... but gifting myself with the gift of time so early on on my life just feels right.
