getting to bed on time

The thing I have found with energy levels is that the earlier I get up the more energy I seem to have. This winter was a particularly sluggish one for me. I was hardly excercising and I felt pretty crappy a lot of the time. I went to see a TCM and re-learned a few things that my mom always told me when I was growing up, but seemed to have forgotten. Along with my herbs, I was given instructions to be in bed by 10:30. And to not eat anything three hours before bed. These simple things really worked. My energy levels really increased. Now I am ready to start a running routine again.
