VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE!!!!

I stopped by my MLA's office this morning. This is a watershed election, folks, make no bones about it, and we have just a week to get out the progressive vote. VOTE and vote early. May 6-9 you can cast your advance ballots. A lot is at stake:

the future of BC Hydro as a crown corporation;
the health of our rivers, and public power;
our salmon;
the livability of our region...
one could even say democracy, meaning fair representation and our vote counting (we need proportional system).

If the BC liberals form the next government, BC Hydro is going the way of other crown corporation, (see www.saveourrivers.ca to read more..); our rivers will be leased off for 100 and more years to private contractors; our salmon stock will continue to decline under the expansion of open containment farming; tankers will ply BC coasts, even the inside passage; the Gateway Project will be pushed, clogging our airways and destroying valuable farmland in its wake...
