VIETNAM Community open for a COMPLETE change

I am living and working in Viet Nam. We have the opportunity to employ best social, environmental and design practices on the master plan for a large new project on the coast of Viet Nam. The first Project is a 36 ha resort and villa project on a peninsula in Ninh Thuan province (near Pham Rang). We have received approval for the project and now need to develop a 1:600 master plan for this project. The provincial people's committee is open to an 'eco-friendly' concept, but is more concerned now that the project is economic. <br> Are there any architecture professors or graduate students interested in supporting us in this unique opportunity in a poor area to establish a keystone community for the province, the country and the region. We are all committed to this but do not have the ability to undertake this.
