Hemp Cream - Conscious Consumerism product review #3
There's nothing in the ingredients that I can't pronounce and that's usually enough for me to be convinced that a cream is okay to purchase. This body product uses hempseed oil as one of the main ingredients, and they make a point of telling us that it contains "0% THC". I guess some people might still be worried that they would get a buzz from it? I think it points to the confusion around the two different kinds of plants, making it necessary to provide information that infers a distinction between hemp and it's kissing cousin marijuana. Hemp has been used to make an array of products that have supported human activity for thousands of years, the most basic being food and clothing. The cream is made in Trail, B.C. which lowers the carbon footprint for transportation in getting the product to me. It smells great and doesn't leave a waxy, or greasy feeling on my skin. I tried "Lavender Mist".

Glad you asked. The brand name of the product is "HEMPEST" and I purchased it at Hemp and Company, in Victoria. It smelled really good, yet not from cheap perfume, from all natural ingredients. sustainably yours, HC
