Vaccine attitudes survey - update

I uploaded the vaccine survey last week and asked 5 smart colleagues to give me feedback to improve it. They gave me great suggestions.

I made a dozen changes to questions to make them easier to understand and then I launched the survey by posting a link in my Facebook update, letting the change everything community know and sending an email to a handful of parents I'm friends with.

I have 14 responses so far. Not enough to start drawing conclusions about parents' attitudes to vaccines, but great info about what people want and need in a new online resource to help them become better informed about childhood immunizations.

Please forward this link to parents you know. The more I learn from the target audience, the better the resource be.
