Step Two - find a way to accept money

Things are moving forward slowly but surely, as they say.

(I'm leaving the home I've lived in for 12 years on Feb 1st, so a great deal of the time I'm not working has been focused on purging and packing).

In any event, I looked into establishing this vaccine informed consent campaign as its own not-for-profit entity. But honestly, I don't have any interest in managing a proper organization. Been there, done that. I just want to start a kick-ass campaign using the skills I have that I actually enjoy using... research, writing and bringing the idea to life.

And I found what might just be the perfect solution: to become a project of an existing charity that welcomes progressive projects under its administrative wing. The great thing about this particular set-up is that it would allow me to fundraise with charitable status.

I've started to write the application to request becoming a project of this organization.
