This past weekend I didn't do any actual running, but I had an opportunity to hang out at the Arthritis Society's tent at Ladysport's Diva on the Run 8K race at Jericho Beach.
It was cold, but I had so much fun and met lots of really great people. This is me with Jennifer, the Joints in Motion coordinator, and Violet, a 7 time veteran JIM marathoner! She ran the 8K yesterday while the rest of us stood around and ate timbits...there's a lesson to be learned here, I'm sure.
