8K Down, 34 (.2!) To Go!

Whoa! That title looks like a cross between some seriously complex algebra and a word problem. I was never very good at math, but for some reason I could always do the word problems. ANYWAYS, this post is not about math. It's about the fact that I went in an 8K run this weekend and I didn't die. This is not really that much of a surprise, because I ran 8K on Friday too, but progress is progress, people.

8K is 5.2 percent of my marathon goal! Looks like this post is starting to be about math after all...
