Where to start and what to do?

So I've been thinking about what I can do to start the ball rolling on this new years resolution. What would be the best approach? How can I do what I want to do and try and reach as many people as I can.

Option 1 - I've throught about Big Brothers. It would be a great opportunity but I could only foucs on one child and with two kids of my own I already have a tight schedule and I don't want to commit to something I may not be able to keep. Probably not going to work.

Option 2 - Create a website that has good information, useful tips and is fun. That could work? although again time and also money could be a factor? but with a little sacrifice it could work.

Option 3 - Be a mentor. Still trying to figure out how I could do that? Any suggestions?

So that is what I have so far, still thinking about it but would really appreciate any suggestions others may have.
