Inspiration is everywhere, you just need to recognize it's there.

This past weekend I went to the GreenLiving show, I had high expectations and I admit I was a little disappointed in the quantity of vendors that where there. The ones that were there were fantastic.

I went to hoping to see and get information on organic gardening, cooking and just tips to living a greener lifestyle. I got a little bit of that, but there was one booth that I visited that really inspired me. It was a group of kids and not just any group of kids, ones with motivation. They realized that they to could make a difference if the lead by example and inspire others by planting trees, cleaning up water ways and more.

Even Al Gore wrote them a letter to commend them on what they are doing. The kids were very enthusiastic about their project and to me, very inspiring. Their positive attitude and enthusiasm motivated me even more to develop cuisine kids, but it also made me proud to see that kids recognize we need to make changes to make this world a better place. It also confirmed my resolution that with the right tools, mindset and motivation anyone can make a difference. Way to go guys!
