The gift that keeps on giving.
There's nothing better than knowing you've done something good that will impact others lives in a positive way. ChangeEverything, made that difference for us when we found out we had won second place for the 2008 resolution contest. It helped us further develop our website and look for products to sell that could financially support our cause. Providing a means to sustain and develop more idea and products to share with you.
It took some time but we found some cool items, designer Kids aprons and cooking kits plus garden gadgets. They're locally made, excellent quality and affordably priced. But it doesn't stop there and this is where we start making more of a difference than what we are already trying to do.
When I say it's the gift that keeps on giving, I'm proud to say we found these fashionable wares that are not only cool but they help support kids in developing countries attend school from grade K-12. With every product purchased, a percentage goes to this cause and we are excited to be a part of this by offering the aprons and cooking kits that support it. Check them out on our website and see what I am talking about....http://www.cuisinekids.com
Now about the website....It's been an amazing adventure so far for me as the creator. I've learned ways to improve the way I grow veggies without chemicals, how to maintain a beautiful lawn with less work and less impact on the Environment and simply so many other cool and interesting ways to do things that are both better for us and the enviroment. Who knew that the easiest way to keep mosquitos away when your relaxing on the to patio was to plant Basil around the deck? It works like a charm, by the way and there are loads of other cool ways to keep pesky bugs at bay on the site.
If you're not familiar with CuisineKids, I welcome you to visit it. It's a website meant to inspire kids, families and parents to share and spend time together learning how to grow their own food, cook it and of course play with it. All while saving money.
It's nothing new, per say. Our parents used to do it and generations before them. It's our roots that somewhere a long the way in my opinion we've drifted from. It's healthy, it's fun and more importantly it's time well spent with our kids, family and friends. Take a look, if you have any comments we welcome them, have a suggestion or idea? we're all ears. It's all about make a difference, Change everything, be a part of it. We a can all learn and grow together.
