Here are some recent successes in spreading this meme. Jian Ghomeshi read a letter on CBC's ! I sent to him after the rescue of the Chilean miners.. about the need to focus on What's Gone Well Today.. That caused a lot of folks from across Canada to come to the blog .. on a continuing basis. An article on small talk in the local paper was passed to me. I checked out the expert they'd referenced, joined his blog and left some info about WGWT. We are now getting traffic from around the world.. About 1000 views a day. I set up my banner at UVic the other day and got some interesting video and conversations. Here's an example of the shift of thinking from someone who's an advocate for change with a large NGO
Here's an example of the immediate shift in attitude when someone uses WGWT as a filter in looking at the world.

Here are a few of the 20 card-deck with different metaphors to help build empathetic organizations. We're finding that they can be applied to almost any discussion or situation. Whether its developing intimacy, risk taking, or turning on the tap ( of flow) the cards provide a tip on how to set it up, and what questions to ask.
