Volunteering at the Vancouver Food Bank…

Well... I've started the ball rolling.
I've sent the notice out to my team for the monthly volunteer opportunity to help sort food in their Vancouver Food Bank warehouse.
Our first chance: June 9th, 9am & 1pm...
That was actually about 2 weeks ago (or more).
The response was good... but not overwhelming.
Currently we're really short on numbers, so I've decided to open it to the rest of Vancity Staff on the "Employee Community Involvement" Forum.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will catch the eye of able volunteers.
